These conditions govern access to, browsing of and use of the content published on neowellglobal.com, as well as the purchase of the digital products offered by NeoWellGlobal.

1. Acceptance. Access to the site implies acceptance of these conditions. If you do not agree, you must leave the site.

2. Digital products. All products offered are digital downloads in high-resolution PDF format (300 dpi), intended for personal, family and classroom use. No physical item is shipped.

3. Licence of use. The purchase grants a non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to print and use the material in the personal, family and non-commercial educational context. The resale, redistribution or publication of the digital file, in whole or in part, in any format, is prohibited.

4. Intellectual property. The content, brands, designs and materials published on this site are the property of the owner or are used under licence, and are protected by national and international intellectual property regulations.

5. Prices and payments. Prices are shown in the currency indicated next to each product and are the same on Amazon, Etsy and the website (price parity). Prices may vary depending on the payment platform used.

6. Limitation of liability. NeoWellGlobal shall not be liable for damage arising from misuse of the material or from the interpretation the user makes of it. The material has a general educational purpose and in no case replaces the judgement of healthcare or teaching professionals.

7. Applicable law. These conditions are governed by current Spanish and European law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, except in those cases where the applicable consumer regulations establish a different jurisdiction.
